Gary became Director of Global Operations in 2022 and leads the operational support functions, outlining the vision for focused, efficient, and cohesive practices across the globe.

He joined Sonardyne in 2006 as Customer Services Manager; in 2012 he moved to our Maritime Security Team, where he ensured the delivery of complex integrated sonar projects across the world in incredibly challenging environments. 2018 saw Gary return to Customer Services, where he became head of our proactive and reactive Customer Services.

Gary is a time served Ministry of Defence Apprentice at the Royal Aircraft Establishment. He has a background in engineering, project delivery and sales, working in the aerospace, automotive, and marine sectors.
