Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and supporting sales excellence? We are seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth commercial operations across the organization. In this dynamic role, you will act as a key liaison between departments, manage critical contracts, refine pricing strategies, and contribute to process improvements. Your support will empower our sales and customer-facing teams to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Administer daily operations of contracts, including Agents & Resellers, Discount Partnerships, Frame Agreements, and Letters of Authorization.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports on contract status and related key performance indicators.
  • Manage and maintain the Discount Partnership Agreement Calculator.
  • Conduct Visual Compliance checks for potential new customers.

Pricing

  • Respond to pricing requests promptly and accurately.
  • Analyse product configurations to calculate pricing for variations and communicate details to sales teams.
  • Compile and organize data for the Annual Company Price Review, ensuring timely communication of agreed prices and implementation dates.
  • Update and maintain pricing information in company systems such as Syspro and Salesforce.

Technical Coordination

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Salesforce product records and associated data.
  • Lead the Commercial Obsolescence process in collaboration with the Engineering team.
  • Create and distribute detailed, accurate, and timely Commercial Bulletins and Internal Messages. These communications will provide essential technical information on product features, capabilities, applications, and the complete product range, supporting customer-facing teams in driving sales and addressing customer needs.

Project Management

  • Provide operational support for internal projects as required.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance productivity by automating manual tasks.
  • Maintain and optimize current processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
