This hands-on role will provide you with comprehensive training and real-world experience, enabling you to support the effective operation of our IT systems and services while gaining valuable skills and certifications.
About the Role:
As an IT Apprentice, you will:
- Provide IT Support: Handle user requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain IT Facilities: Ensure employees have the tools they need to work effectively and support their use of IT resources.
- Learn Incident Management: Record and resolve IT incidents, keeping users informed and escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work alongside the IT team to support departmental objectives and contribute to business initiatives.
- Develop Documentation Skills: Create reports and guides to assist with IT operations and user training.
- Support Employee Induction: Help onboard new team members, introducing them to IT facilities, policies, and security practices.
